Booking an Appointment
Book your service as far in advance as possibleone week for single services, two weeks for multiple and day services. Allow at least two weeks for large groups and corporate functions.
Treatment Time
Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to take full advantage of your
scheduled time.
Prior to visiting the spa for your appointment please fill out the Health History form online. This will save you time and maximize your spa experience.
Gratuity
We respect and value the overall guest experience and therefore feel that tipping a clinician is a gift earned not expected. Please feel comfortable in knowing that we will never ask you to tip but thank you in advance if you feel your experience was deserving of such a gesture.
Level of Comfort
This is your journey and the level of undress is completely up to you. You will always be covered except for the area being worked on at the time. Your comfort and privacy is of the utmost importance.
Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card for all appointments and 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
Attire
Wear whatever makes you comfortable. Leave jewelry at home, since many services require you to remove your jewelry.
Policy for Minors
Any guest under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted in the spa.

- BLUE MEDSPA has a non-smoking policy.
- Please turn off all cell phones and pagers prior to entering the Spa.
- This is your personal, exceptional journey. Please communicate with your service provider or any member of our staff if you are uncomfortable or unsatisfied at any time.
Gift Cards
Give a gift of wellness and results with a BLUE MEDSPA Gift Card. Cards may be purchased for any service or group of services or any dollar amount. There are no hidden fees. Each Gift card is valid for the dollar amount of the purchase. Gift Cards can not be replaced if lost or stolen.
