The Salon at BLUE MedSpa is pleased to welcome Melanie Morton to our team of healing and aesthetic specialists. Melanie brings 14 years of professional salon experience to our team.

At a very young age, Melanie knew precisely what her career calling was. Immediately upon graduation from high school in 1993, she relocated from Dalton, GA to the Atlanta area and began her training at the Beauty College of Georgia. Shortly thereafter, Melanie was accepted to train at Redken 5th Avenue in New York City, and she continues to further her expertise at the world-renowned salon.

Throughout Melanie’s impressive career, she has traveled all over the United States for Redken, training stylists in techniques, color theory and salon management. In addition, she also owned and operated her own salon, Blue Mango Studio. You may recognize some other salons Melanie has been a part of, such as Critique Salon, Jolie the Day Spa, Indulgence Hair Salon and Silva & Thomas Hair Studio, all famous Atlanta hair hot spots.
