Dr. Melissa Grill is the developer of Flow Unlimited, a Healthy Living Consulting Company, dedicated to energizing, educating and enlightening people on their journey of optimal healthy living. With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, Melissa’s credentials include: Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic, BA in Communications with Honors, Alumni Member of the National Honor Fraternity PKD. With extensive training and certifications in the following: NLP/HNLP Practitioner, Business Management, Marketing & PR, Ecap, Nutrition, Wellness/Life Coach, Reiki Practitioner, Les Mills Certified Body Pump Instructor, AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Certified Group Fitness, Kids Fitness, Senior Fitness & Yoga Instructor. |
In addition to successfully owning and operating her own company, Melissa took on the opening & directorship of Blue MedSpa, rated among the top 55 spas in the world. Melissa is now the acting Wellness Director for Blue MedSpa overseeing the development and implementation of Healthy Living programming & services. Additionally Melissa was a member of Team Reebok, On-Air talent and spokes person for Turner / Time Warner as well as the Health & Fitness Correspondent for Southern Golf Weekly. She is the developer of all of Flow Unlimited products & programming, creating the first of it’s kind Mind/Body integration DVD training series for golfers, Flow for Golf. Melissa speaks Nationally to Hospitals, Corporations, Athletes and Private Groups on healthy living and peak performance issues- helping people tap into their inner resources to experience the most out of their lives.
