The following yoga asana’s will bring balance into the body through gentle spinal facet opening & stimulation increasing blood flow & circulation while pressure is removed from the spinal nerves increasing internal health. Finish off the session with introspection and relaxation.  Repeat the sequence 4-8 times for optimal results. Namaste~

Dog Tilt
Beginning on all fours with your shoulders directly over your wrists and your knees directly under your hips, breathe in while arching the low back down as the tailbone reaches upwards towards the ceiling and the belly releases down. Open up and out through your chest as your head looks upward.

Cat:
As you exhale from Dog Tilt, tuck your tail bone downward while rounding your spine, pressing up through the middle & upper back as you tuck your chin towards your chest.  Pair these two movements with your breath, inhaling into Dog Tilt and exhaling into Cat

Childs:
Moving from All Fours as you finish Cat, bend your knees while lowering your hips back towards your heels. Rest your forehead on the floor, if possible, and then bring your arms around to your sides until the hands are resting on either side of your feet, palms up. Breathe gently through your nostrils as you hold the posture for 30 seconds and slowly raise to repeat the cycle 3 or more times.
